John Soave has been building homes and commercial properties since 1974. A third-generation builder, his design and construction legacy began in Michigan right out of college and continued for the next 25+ years in Naples, Florida where he built custom homes, detached villas, and condominium projects. He has been building in Blue Ridge for the past 17 years.
